Located at 7780 Champlain Crescent, The Royal Arch Masonic Apartments complex is ideally situated for tenants convenience – close to Champlain Mall and within walking distance of Champlain Heights Community Centre where a full-scale seniors program exists. City buses stop outside the front entrance while nearby walking paths let tenants take advantage of park-like surroundings.

For those who qualify under B.C. Housing guidelines, the Royal Arch Masonic Apartments complex offers low income, subsidized accommodation in Vancouver’s Champlain Heights district.

A total of 75 one-bedroom suites of approximately 500 square feet each are available to eligible low-income seniors. Applicants are placed on a waiting list for their designated category – single or couple.

Consisting of three stories plus garden level apartments, the complex features a balcony or patio for every suite and laundry facilities for each floor. There are also two comfortable lounges and a well-equipped recreation room. In-house maintenance staff are responsible for minor repairs and maintenance.

Ample windows brighten living and dining areas while efficient kitchen layouts facilitate independent cooking for tenants. All rooms are large enough to accommodate most cherished possessions and furnishings. Tenants are responsible for their own cable, telephone and hydro services.
